Asbestos Surveys and Abatement Design

Lead Based Paint Inspections

Our EPA Certified Lead Inspectors utilize XRF technology for non-invasive lead paint inspections. It is essential to identify the presence of lead paint before starting construction projects. Our team possesses extensive experience with the New York State Education Department (NYSED) and New York State Department of Health (NYSDOH) regulations, as well as federal Lead Renovation, Repair, and Painting (RRP) Rules.

PCB Sampling and Analysis

PCBs (Polychlorinated biphenyls) are toxic chemicals commonly found in building materials in schools constructed or renovated before1979. 

Our staff collects samples from suspected materials (e.g., caulk, dust, or air samples) in accordance with EPA guidelines and samples will be sent for comprehensive analysis. As the educational environmental leaders, sampling is conducted in a way that minimizes disruption to school activities, often during off-hours or school breaks.
